Recording Oasis is a recording facility located on the Gold Coast. Our studio is of the highest quality. In a perfect balance of old and new technology, Recording Oasis sets the standard for modern recording facilities.

The self-contained band house adjacent to the studio gives artists time and space to relax during tracking. Bands often stay for weeks at a time while they record and mix their albums. The studio itself is acoustically and architecturally designed to make the recording environment extremely practical without compromising on the sound. Great sightlines between acoustically isolated rooms are consistently applauded by musicians who enjoy the feel of playing together without compromising on quality.

Audio Recording Services:

Tracking @ Recording Oasis is a musicians dream. The studio is purpose built with a number of isolated rooms that surround a central control room. The studio has a vast range of microphones and pre-amps not to mention a huge selection of amps. Hearback systems in every room allow players to build custom headphone mixes. Double glass doors and tie lines throughout achieve the isolation so you can concentrate on the performance.

Mixing comes part and parcel with most productions. Recording Oasis however, is frequently used primarily as a mixing studio to cater for uncompromising clients. Oasis features an extensive list of Class A outboard gear. We have mid field and far field monitoring systems in stereo and 5.1 surround. The studio features a D-Command control surface ad multiple 22-inch displays. And yes… we do have a 2-track Studer tape machine if analogue mastering is required.

Recording Oasis has a large pool of very talented session musicians that we can call on to assist in making your project as professional as possible. Don't hesitate to make a request, however obscure.

Educational Services

Recording Oasis is an integral part of the Gold Coast music community. We offer numerous educational services to primary and high schools. Packages are customisable to suit schools curriculum. Students find the studio environment extremely stimulating and gives budding young musicians a taste of the professional side of the music industry.

The most popular educational service is our choral recordings. Oasis can accommodate large groups of students (our current record is 70). Packages can be tailored to suit different educational budgets, from CD recording to full DVD video productions, including 5.1 audio mixing.

Oasis also frequently lends its studio for professional master classes. Oasis has played an integral role in working with University’s to further the skills of the future young talent.

Oasis has a number of experienced engineers and producers to suit any style of recording and… of course, every budget. Whether you are a metal group or a pop group or you are here to record jazz on the 7ft Steinway we can do it all.

Label & Producer Services

If you're an independent producer or label looking for a professional place to call home, then we want to hear from you. Oasis can accommodate you for as long as you wish to stay, with endless options to satisfy your needs.

Stay in the fully self-contained band house, swim in the pool or get some work done. Overseas clients will love staying in the bush that is only 10 minutes drive to the beach.
